Life on Thursday... the week is going a lot slower than it got here....

I am doing great thus far this week. I feel rather yucko but I'm GOING TO MAKE IT!

Thus, so far so good this week...

Goals for Thursday

1. Make it to the gym at 5 -- it's as crazy as it was on Monday.
2. Spend time in bible study
3. Stay within my calorie count limits...
4. Have joy... one moment, one memory at a time today, 1/8/09
5. Get my papers graded...

Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. Prov 4:23

Goals for Wednesday, January 7.... It's hump day

I have got to keep my self accountable.... goals one day at a time is the only thing that seems to work for me.

Thus, so far so good this week...

Goals for Wednesday

1. Make it to the gym
2. Spend time in bible study
3. Stay within my calorie count limits...
4. Have joy... one moment, one memory at a time today, 1/7/09

1. Get to the gym at 5:30 for Power class
2. Spend some time with God today.
3. Stay within my calorie limits

Goals for Monday, January 5, 2008

What I have learned is that without writing it down and making it a goal, it won't happen....

1. Go to the gym this morning at 5 AM -- I know crazy isn't it?
2. Spend some time with God this morning ... God needs part of the day too.
2. Stay within 1250 calorie limit for today
3. Have fun at school today with my students!

Will post later to see if I made it. And, the other thing I've learned is.... don't plan too far ahead... live for today.

Well ok, it's Tuesday, and I did make it to the gym - for spin class, and well, my goal for bible study didn't go so well. I did have fun at school today with my students. And, I did make it to stay within my calorie limits. So, it was a great day.
